Natalie Red Eagle
Executive Director of Clinical ServicesNatalie Red Eagle is Host Healthcare’s Executive Director of Clinical Services, responsible for the clinical counseling and guidance for our travel nurses and allied clinicians on assignment.
Natalie is originally from San Diego, CA and attended California Polytechnic State University where she earned her a bachelor’s degree in nutrition with a minor in Psychology. She later earned her master’s degree in Nursing with a focus on Clinical Nursing Leadership from the University of San Diego. Natalie is passionate about being a nurse and still works part time as a Labor & Delivery and Postpartum nurse in San Diego.
During her time at Host Healthcare, Natalie has used her passion to lead our clinical team in providing support and guidance to our travelers, reviewing candidates, and helping to match them in order to create a safe and more supportive environment for patients and staff. She has also served as an internal resource providing valuable clinical information and contributions to continuous process and data improvements.
