Kaitlin Bartlett

Kaitlin Bartlett is Host Healthcare’s Director of Corporate Communications and Culture. In this role, she is focused on company culture, team member engagement, and corporate communications.

Kaitlin is a San Diego native and attended the University of San Diego, where she earned a degree in Marketing. She started her career at the San Diego Reader and was part of the marketing team at an architecture and design university.

With nearly 10 years of experience in the marketing and communications field, Kaitlin has played an integral role in enabling the culture and engagement at Host Healthcare. Kaitlin fully embraces our mission to “Help others live better” by bringing to life her passion for bringing people together and creating a positive culture at Host Healthcare.
