Magazine selected honorees based on employees’ responses to surveys, which assessed their opinions on trust, management effectiveness, benefits and perks, and confidence in the future. Employers were ranked using a composite score of survey results. The strongest engagement scores came from companies leading the way in employee recognition, performance management, and diversity.
