Adam Francis

Adam Francis is Host Healthcare’s President and has led the company since he founded it in 2012. Under Adam’s leadership, Host Healthcare has become one of the fastest growing and top ranked travel healthcare companies.

Adam graduated from the University of Notre Dame with a degree in philosophy. He has used his education to ensure that a mission-driven culture is at the center of Host Healthcare. As President, Adam has proven himself to be one of the most respected leaders in the country. He was named as one of the 50 best CEOs in the U.S. in 2021 by Glassdoor and in 2022 was recognized as one of the staffing industry’s boldest leaders on the Staffing Industry Analysts’ Staffing 100 list.

Adam is also active in the San Diego business community and involved in multiple non-profit organizations that align with the mission of Host Healthcare, “to help others live better.”
